I had a Xapo card but they cancelled it and refunded my fees because they went EU only.

A Bitcoin card fees are incredibly steep due to transaction fees on the Bitcoin block-chain being so expensive.
Check Minexcoin out, they will also release a MasterCard soon. They have very exciting ideas in the pipeline.
