Best site to sell a business?

Howdy Carbies

So I have a business for sale coffee shop/pizzeria in KZN. Where would be the best place to advertise?
Gumtree is probably the worst place so avoiding that one.
Any ideas what site is the best and possibly free to advertise?
Also any estate agents that does it?

If you have some well backed expected return on investment data at hand, I would recommend approaching other restaurant owners in the area who would have the means to and interest in making such an investment (purchase)
