Hi. I have a friend who is looking to sell his 2 game codes as he already owns the above mentioned games and would like to sell the Nvidia game codes. He got them when buying the Nvidia RTX2080.

If these keys are from RTX cards you need to activate them with an RTX card installed in your pc.

Saw another thread about this, there is a work around. Think the seller just needs to log into the buyers' origin/geforce account to activate it. And yes the pc installing it must have a RTX in it

I saw a workaround on a previous post where it was stated that the code be claimed by the seller on the buyer’s origin account. To safeguard the seller changes his password temporarily and then the code gets activated. I will quote the post

I got some codes off Amazon from my purchase of an RTX card and I just had to go to Nvidia's claim page and enter the codes amazon gave me and it worked without me having the card yet.
Don't know if this will be in this case though.
