Hi, my account was banned because i had 2 accounts. I only created the second account because i lost access to my original account. i got my original account back thanks to the help of a password reset and i immediately deleted the second account. But it said it would take in affect in 5 or 7 days, i can not remember. But i still go banned. Can i get unbanned ?

You don't need an account to contact support.
It's against the rules to create a 2nd account for ANY reason.
