Description of Bad Deal:
So I bought Gta5 account from this guy in 2017 and I paid him for the account to use for the rest of my life , so he gives me the log in details and tells me he cant change the email address as the account is under a year old and he will never use it again and gives me his cell number if I ever have any issues
So I say ok the dude is legit and I don't insist on changing the email address , so this being my account I can do what I want with it I don't use it until I get a new gpu 2 months ago 2 years has passed and I try to login with the details he gave me and its not working , so I send him a message and he tells me after some back and forth he's bought the game on steam and linked the rockstar social account he sold me to the steam account
Now he logged into this account he sold me saying hell never use it again resumed playing be it on steam or rockstar social and changed the password , locking me out of my property which he sold to me for a fee
so he basically stole my account I paid for as he changed the password
he tells me he can't split the 2 accounts and leaves me hanging for days until I ask him ok the game is on cd keys for R200 pay me the R200 and well be square , he only wants to pay me R100
I even say ok R150 but no he insists and paid me R100 for a R270 game I bought from him and he paid R100 into my account this evening
Now beacause he's making me make this thread I want a full refund of R270 as he has access to my account which he stole and will not give back
He's blaming me for leaving it so long , did I tell him to login to the account which he sold to me , resume playing and change the password
should I be punished by his mistake all I want to do is play the game I paid good money for
basically hand over the account I paid for or refund me my money in full
