Description of Bad Deal:

It is unfortunate to have to start this thread but I am not getting anywhere with this seller.

I purchased this laptop from Those IT Guys on the 6th of October. I was subsequently promised that the laptop will be shipped on the same day or on the following day.
Today is the 18th of October and I do not have the laptop or the tracking number.
The seller has a ton of excuses and keeps on making empty promises.

Update: have just received the tracking number. They apparently sent it out today (12 days later).
