Has Carbo been given his partial yet?
And because you didn't answer Dragon, I will re-ask.
When can we expect the remainder?

Also @Jypels , I spoke to you yesterday how you need to start communicating, and how the others DESERVE updates, yet I hear that Carbo still hasn't even had his messages replied to, and hasn't gotten any refund.
You have not replied to anything that has relation to you actually sorting out your mess.

Where are these reviews? I personally didn't post any company reviews/feedback anywhere publicly.
 
No one was threatend ever. And no one was scammed ever. If i wanted to scam anyone i wouldnt have given all my pvt info. I am laying a case of name slander though so its not a threat.

FYI trying to hold carb responsible for other people's actions is like trying to hold ramaphosa responsible because you shat your pants. Please refer to our site terms and conditions where it comes to our responsibility for interactions between members.
 
It is your responsibility to remove my private information that I dont want to have public. If you knew the amount of threat I have received and the amount of reviews i need to keep removing. Its a business that has nothing to do with my personal life that is being attacked. Where I need to provide for my workers and their families. Thats seriously unfair. @Guardian if you actually followed up with carbo I did tell him yestersday that i will make his payment today. So dont know where the lack of communication was. If you followed up with dragon I did state to him that i will answer him today about the balance as I was waiting on answer from somebody. So no i didnt lack in communication. I hereby also publicily asked that my private info and my business info be removed from this forum. I will be following legal actions against those who has publicily slandered my business.

This is probably going to be removed but to be honest it has everything to do with your business because of your previous reply's to this thread. So due to the fact that you stated the following " This is not the case, the whole reason why I stated the cards would only be ready for collection on monday was so that I could have my replacement cards up and running which I would have collected on sunday the 17th. It means that part of your business unless you are a sole proprietor but then again you would be ABC t/a ABC Computers so it is a part of your business as far as I can see it and you should be careful to take legal actions as you are the one who has been making false commitments
 
Okay so here we go all over again:

He tells only Carbo that someone is coming to give him money/buy from him on Monday [10th]. Then again [like always] no response at all the next day and today. Myself and Carbo have both messaged him on Tuesday, but he hasn't responed nor even read it.
So to sum it up: Myself, haven't received anything since Friday [7th], Dragon: Saturday[8th], and Carbo: Monday[10th].
 
So the only thing I have received is some more garbage [after hounding again]:
Jypels: "Hey bud sorry was sick yesterday. They guy ended up just wanting to buy the bottom end of the motor and I wasnt prepared to split it as it means I would struggle to sell the rest. Waiting on someone else to make a decision on it."

My reply: "Have you been making any other arrangements to get our money if the motor isn't sold?" -- AND as expected nothing....

Yip yip play the vicitim card again... I really want to get ingored somemore while you just play for time... don't worry that it has been coming on a month now.

How about you give Carb/Dragon [not sure which paid for the MSI], the card that "This card was used for editing of drone footage in work pc. No more drone so no more use. " - that 'clearly' isn't being used, give it to the owner and the owner can then split his refund with us??? [Still want this to be explained to me where this card is.]

Just posting it here as there is no point talking in private if you don't act.
 
@Jypels dude, what the hell? This is absolute shit form man, you keep saying "I don't know where the lack of communication was" well, dude, it's a full week since your last reply here. That's where the lack of communication was.

To the three people he still owes money to, I would suggest you go lawyer/small claims court/SAPS case route. He's not going to give it back at this rate.
 
I am busy making other arrangements to get the balance paid as soon as possible. I will update here this afternoon

Where are the cards you sold? You said one was used for drone something which is since gone so it is not being used, so where is that card? Why not ship it and solve this whole thing?

Hi @Toxxyc, my plan was to get the 2 x Strix cards and then to buy a 1060 for that computer as it didn't need such a powerful GPU but still requires one. I will have the money ready to refund everyone in full on the 18th of September. I will also pay something extra to everyone to make up for this whole mess. If I get the money earlier I will do the refunds then.

Hi Bud, completed a job this monday and was hoping the client pays me immediatly after as she should and this is why I stated the 18th. She said she is doing payment by latest next week Thursday. I did forward my telephone conversation with her to everyone involved as soon as I was made aware by her that she can only pay me next week when she receives her money. I also stated that I am busy with alternative arrangements to hopefully refund them before next week.
 
OK is this like a "for realz" date or just another "by then" promise like the previous lot? To be honest you're not helping your case here, specially since you reply on here but seem to ignore the guys who contact your offline?

Didnt ignore anyone bud, i whatsapp'd them all out of my own with an update. It is for real, it is a regular client of mine and if she says she will pay by next week thursday it will be done. She also said it might be sooner.
 
@Jypels and others, any update here? You guys all sorted out now as promised?
