Bad Deal With @FroyDN

Having a bad deal/deals with @FroyDN

I have done multiple deals with him starting very well to now ended at bad terms and not paying or shipping for paid items

Deals done as follows :
1. 20 Aug 2020 - P40 Lite ( Received )
2. 25 Aug 2020 - A51 + Dell ( Received )
3. 28 Aug 2020 - iPhone 6S ( waiting refund of R2100 )
4. 29 August 2020 - 6S Plus ( waiting on him to ship the device , Paid R2500 )
5. 8 Sep 2020 - IPhone 7 ( Refunded Me , said it’s iCloud locked )

Regarding 6S , he said he is waiting on payment from the seller he purchased and once received will refund me my R2100.
Regarding 6S Plus , he said will ship once he gets a chance which has been since 29 August 2020.

I have given him enough time , it’s been more than 4 Months and he doesn’t read my messages , when he does he says will call me , when I try to call doesn’t pick up.

I have all chats via WhatsApp and POP made to him as evidence if needed.

I am trying to reach out and see how many members does he owes money , I feel like I am not the only one he was dealing with.

Update : was contacted by @FroyDN earlier , said will discuss with me this evening on how to sort this matter.

Update : @FroyDN contacted me via WhatsApp on 25th Jan 2021.
He kindly requested 1 to 2 weeks to arrange cash to pay me back.
Next week Monday 8 Feb is the cut off.

Good morning all

My story is very similar

Somewhere during lock down @FroyDN posted thread Private Loan | Smack talk asking for loan to start or continue his old business. We agreed on terms and conditions. Money was sent to him.

First 2 months everything was going well. Beginning of November we agreed to increase investment to try to make higher return during November and December. Payment for November received and that was the last one I received.
From end of December when payment for December is due I heard from him few times only. He reported back that he was sick.

This is last whatsapp message received on 25 January same time he contacted @UBERTECHSA and another member.

Your payment is being sorted the end of the month,unfortunately i haven't been well,i will sort out between me and him as well,i have comm coming in for sales done prior and will conclude accordingly,besides that,I have sent cross border and have been waiting for the return but its also been on hold,I will be at work this week as well

He had enough time to sort payments out today been 5 February. He does not reply on messages sent to him. He does not communicate any other way.

@admin please let me know if it is allowed to post his full name surname phone number and place where he worked that latest.

@ALSI TRADER and @UBERTECHSA, @FroyDN hasnt been online since 26 Dec, i doubt he plans plans to come back to carb.

If anyone has dealt with and has his contact numbers please send him the link to this thread for him to address.

If there's still no feedback by Monday, i can only suggest you open up cases of theft at SAPS and we will ban his account

I received this yesterday on whatsapp from @FroyDN

Morning yes I have promised him,I'm currently waiting for them to pay,I never said I won't pay you nor did I run away,there have been some issues which are in the process of being sorted
Going to put it on carb will only tarnish my image when I'm trying to sort out the payment,I'm not running away,I'm sorting it out

Looks his reputation and score on carbs is more important that money he owes.

@ScorpioMan86 how difficult for him to start operating in carbs with new handle?

Update : No Payment Received!
@FroyDN called me Monday to say he is waiting on payment to reflect in his account. Said would take 2 days , tried calling him yesterday and today.
His phone is offline so is both his WhatsApp numbers.
