You deliberately sold me a pc with no hard drive with the excuse that you 'forgot' to give it to me.
Were you supposed to give it to me separately? Was it not supposed to be in the PC? (rant)
(Story)
I bought one of the hystou mini pcs from him. Payment was made last Thursday.
Few days go by, no waybill number.
Only after enquiring whether the item was shipped or not, he tells me he sent someone to ship it just now.
End of the day i query whether he shipped or not. He says oh he didn't realise it had a tb hard drive instead of the ssd he advertised it with.
How did he come to that realisation after supposedly sending it to ship.
So its a blatant lie and delay tactic from his side.
I give him the benefit of the doubt. Come Wednesday item still not shipped. He says he will bring it personally.
Makes more excuses. Finally drops it off today. I check it, remind him there's no WiFi antennae and he says oh he almost forgot.
I get to my office, open up the machine and no sign of a hard drive no ssd no regular drive.
So you telling me after realising the incorrect drive was in, you forgot to realise there's NO hardrive also?
After me phoning him and giving him a mouthful he says he forgot to give me the drive. But i reminded you about the antennae so how would you not remember to give me the drive as well?
I think this is dishonesty because of his previous lies and delaying tactics I'm not prepared to believe he forgot the drive. I have given him until 5 today to either bring me a 256gb ssd as advertised or pay me the full value so i can buy one myself.
I will take this further should the resolution not be met by 5 today.
