Description of Bad Deal:
Communicated with seller via whatsapp. I asked for proof that the ps4 is working. He sent me videos and all seemed good. (Ps4 does exist)
I told him that he had low ratings so I could only eft money when he is in postnet and shows me the waybill.
We agreed that I will pay R900 before he sends it and the rest after I receive it.
After seeing the videos he convinced me to send the R900. He said he will go to postnet in the next 10 min.
When the time came he gave a whole lot of excuses and days had past. Then he tells me he doesnt wanna send it and I have to pay the rest of the money or he can give my money back. Since then he hasn't sent me my money and now I cant even send him whatsapp msgs. He doesnt reply on carb also.
