Description of Bad Deal:

Got the laptop yesterday late afternoon and did some light testing and it worked fine, gave a positive feedback
Next morning with loading a fresh windows it cutted out in a hours time, with close inspection noticed that the cpu fan is not working which makes the laptop overheat
Seller claims i let it fall which is not the case, it was packaged very good so the courier cant be blamed either
Asking now the whole day for refund but with no success
I don't trust the seller and asked him to refund first before shipment back, he refuses
Please help
 
Hi.

When the laptop was in my possession I've never had an issue of it over heating whatsoever. I just found it about strange that the buyer claims I sent him a faulty laptop. I've never claimed the seller/courier company let fall. All I asked is if it was possible that it could've fallen and maybe the fan got damaged? Like I told the buyer, I will gladly refund his money upon receiving my laptop first. When the deal was first made, I shipped to him before any payment was made. He then paid upon receiving the laptop. So if he could send my laptop back, I will refund his money.
 
Did check the fan, it was full of dust, cleaned it out and still not spinning. Got another fan with same point also not spinning, the fault must be on the motherboard, will send back to Pacino for refund
 
Did send it back, Pacino received it yesterday and made a refund, so its sorted, did loose R200 for the transport both ways
