Description of bad deal:
I also recently purchased 2x 1070ti from @NeverSummer.
I thought I was buying 2 cards just over 1 year old with warranty and in excellent condition.

I received the cards on the 11th of June and on the 12th of June I asked him about the warranty as i found the stickers were scratched off the backplate of the cards as well as off the boxes. He then said that the serials have been registered and the warranty is fine. I had to go as far as contacting evetech to find out and they said that if there is no serial or it has been tampered with warranty is void as the card cannot be identified. And then i found that 2 of the capacitors on the card was missing. Like broken off and this was also not mentioned in the add. I told him about all of this and asked for a refund to which he replied "Cards were purchase from Bruonline , supplier was Omega Africa. Warranty is 2 years from January 2018. I mistakenly thought it was the ones from evetech. those cards are out of warranty now. and they are working perfect, even after another 5 years or longer, these cards will still work perfect. cards are purchased locally, warranty expired, condition is perfect. theres no capacitors missing if you do your homework. there will be no need for warranty since its not gonna go fail, best cards ever owned."

I mean really...

Again i asked for a refund and he either just talks past it or ignores me flat.

In short: @NeverSummer sold me a damaged card with no warranty instead of an excellent condition card with warranty as advertised.

I understand we are all human and mistakes can be made but if mistakes are made they should be corrected and I gave him the opportunity to do so but he is not interested.

The refund was my idea bud, you still wanted to trade it for the other card and I said no as it looks to have the same issues. Yes i didn't believe what your guy said because I was going on the info i was given to me by NeverSummer, but the moment you told me you or your guy found the defects I asked him about it and I was the one who immediately told you that i need to give you a refund bud as i am not a crook and do not want to do anyone wrongly. So again, thank you for bringing it to my attention. I would not have noticed if someone who knows more didn't find it as i am not an electrician so wouldn't even think to looks at caps and transistors and stuff. But as it was my mistake i refunded you as it should not be your problem and is the correct thing to do. and yes i will most definitely be more cautious in the future.

yip and I almost got fooled by you for buying 1 of these cards and you told me u played games on it for a week testing it out and no issues ? ( but yet u state u got the cards on 11th and asked about the warranty on the 12th coz I told you its void) that was your words and when I brought the card home it idled on 51c temps without even f#cking gaming, at end of the day u atleast refunded me my money but u didnt seem to keen on listening to me when I was trying to tell you your selling dodgey cards cause my guy found out that those caps were missing and the main drum for the vram was yellow. so yeah in future make sure before you sell stuff that it's legit and not R5200 for damaged cards.
