Description of Bad Deal: The speaker purchased arrived in poor condition and not functioning as it should. It only works when connected to the charger. If disconnected it loses Bluetooth pairing when the volume is turned up more than 3/4. The carry strap is also missing.
I want a refund and I'll courier the speaker back to the seller. As I had to pay in advance, I expect the same courtesy.

@Edu anything ?

@XL1000 you submitted feedback that the speaker was fully functional you wanted to be compensated because it was not in said condition and the missing carry strap.

On the thread you specify you want refund and there seem to be much bigger issue with the speaker. i.e. it turns itself off. Why was this info not on the review ?
 
@Edu reported that people started calling him after this deal, calling him a thief and cursing and swearing and and and. Did you give out his number to anyone @XL1000 ?

I received the speaker and immediately plugged it into the supplied charger to test and it was working as it should.
I did not think to try it then without the charger connected. Why would I? Only on the weekend when wanting to use it as a portable speaker was it discovered that on the higher volume it disconnects each time.

People I am not being unreasonable and I would even accept the missing strap and poor cosmetic condition if it was working as it should.
It's useless for the purpose it was intended for.
 
@Toxxyc - No, I do not know anyone on this forum personally other than Philip. I never gave out the OP's (Seller) number.
In any case, the number I have goes straight to Voicemail Lite. It does not ring.
My request for @Edu to call me have gone unanswered.
 
OK good. Now that that's cleared up, I'm happy continuing. @Edu what do you have to say about this?
