Hello fellow Carbies,
I am looking for someone with experience in returning a faulty/broken router to Telkom,
My B525 just kak'd, all i did was plug my laptop into the LAN port and as soon as i did it switched off and has never turned back on no matter what i try.
So i got the Router October 2018 its still under contract so i should be able to take it to the store and get it fixed right? or new one if they can't? either way I'm going there this weekend.
Anyone with some experience in this?
Side Note! if someone knows what was the contents of the B525 package let me know please cause i have plenty router stuff all over not sure which goes with this thing.
