Warranty: no, never had any issues though
Packaging: None, but I have sold numerous screens in the past and all were shipped without issue, I pack my stuff very, very well, so rest assured your new screen will arrive safely.
Condition: Good condition, 1 dead pixel in the very top of the screen, close to the left, but out of field of view and not noticeable, I received it like that, but the rest of the monitor is very good, no scratches on the screen.
