As far as I'm aware there's a new Bios Update for certain X299 boards. Also had two that didn't post and works fine after a Bios update

Rectron Tried this, so did I, tried about 3 different versions, no change.

@Royal_Black47, could be a bios chip firmware/board firmware issue, and if it's not taking the BIOS updates via flashback, then it's an issue.

Not sure where to go from here tbh, if someone had a 7th gen and I could boot, just to upgrade Bios, think it would help.

To be very honest, considering I got the one yesterday, just going to find an Aorus master and slap that into the build.
If they don't want to take it back, then yeah, I'll defs send to you!

Extremely, and kind of sucks, thought it was the processors, but it's the boards.
Surmise it's a compatibility issue, have sent Asus support an email as well.
