I think you're using the wrong term for laptop charger or AC adapter.

As a suggestion why not use a multimeter and seem if your current charger is producing 19V?

I have only 65W so can't help you sorry.

Already spoke to the agent and charger is dead.
6 weeks wait for a new one, can’t wait that long , since I can’t turn it on anymore
