Go With the Logitech:
The Astro A40's are incredible don't get me wrong, I have the TR editions with the mix amp and the clarity is great, they are really comfy and they look great and the mic quality is very decent, but:
1. At Max volume they distort, especially low-end distortion and Max volume isn't even that loud, its loud enough but nothing that wows. I have read and tried any and all "fixes" and recommendations and and and..... they distort, google it.
2. They are even softer without the mix amp, this was tested on an Asus Strix z370 with all impedance levels, couldn't drive them loud enough.
3. Bass is lacking, quite a bit, it's a good natural base but it lacks any kind of "thump" if you want that, I know I do.
4. The surround audio is SH!T, like your sitting in a Ricoffy blik! Maybe that's just me but surround on any headset is a gimmick and not needed seeing as most if not all games are developed with stereo in mind, not virtual fake ass surround.
5. Not worth their price.
6. last but not least, maybe consider the
Sennheiser GSP350 if that's the budget you are working with.
