**Notes**
The mobo bios refused to read 4x4gb ram modules as 16, only 8gb dual channel, this is despite system browser showing all slots populated with 4gb modules.
Windows also only read 8gb and used that even though speccy said i have got 16gb ram.
I swapped ram modules around, got different ram, changed cpus, checked bent pins and so forth, also update the bios.
In the end i just decided to get 2x8gb modules and the system is running perfectly, on daily use with the my 1060.
