So the problem with the Apple TV is it has these green flashes that occur randomly, which makes audio cut out and back in and sometimes engulfs the entire screen and a restart is needed. I cannot recreate the issue, nor do I want to invest more time to solve the problem. Some forums suggest it could be the HDMI cable (I'm not believing this is the resolution) that needs replacing after an update happened or some shit like that. You can try to salvage this or use it as is. It does get annoying though as it can happen frequently or not.
