Yea as game started jumped bunker... 2 guys ran out at the same time to take me out, i did massive damage to one and a 3rd oke ran out and i watched them loot me then as a shadow, they all hiding in the same building when i tried to jump them

That's impressive actually because we tried to queue at the same time probably 5 times in a row and didn't get the same lobby.

I guess it is impressive because queuing for the mode has been stupid quick

Winning in Shadowfall is also moerse luck, one of the Evac ship landings is outside of Skull town on those dunes and 8 out of the 10 legends survived because it was impossible to get to them because it was open ground 100m all around them.

The first time I opened a bin with a zombie in it I shat myself.

You earn money by working and then you buy them.

We don't get any free crates this time. So we get a Devotion, R-301 and Alternator skin but no crates.

I was being tongue in cheek, I meant work IRL and buy them with real money.

You can buy them with real money, unlock the skin you want with crafting metals if you have enough or buy them with money, $24 per skin for the gold ones.

You should be able to unlock them by playing.
I fully support them with the free to play and the season pass but that is pretty shitty

Shadowfall is easy when you get people that rage quit as soon as they die, I had one where it was 10 legends vs 5 shadows and all 10 of us escaped with barely any effort.

The S tier legends for this mode are Pathfinder, Wraith and Mirage.

Super secret pro tip, the top of the evac ship counts so if you can grapple or zip and land on top it still lets you in.

In a day or two everyone will have won as both so they won't quit anymore.

It's scary, they might have actually made them too strong.

Real spooky. But with low health its alright as long as you can hit shots before they get close. Problem for me is other players, as soon as I start fighting then a sneaky shadow man pummels me from behind lmao 😗

Biggest jump scares for me is still from opening bins tho...

The first time I opened a bin I didn't have a gun yet and a zombie popped out so I ran because I didn't know if it would attack or chase me but then I looked back and saw it just standing there.

Also, if you get knocked down you can crawl under the ship and still be let in.

Worked for me yesterday only to realize that a shadow spawned in the ship with me. Got the spook of my life.

Seems fairly easy to win. It's the racking up kills part which seems to be challenging.

i only had a few rounds of the new mode and im bad at it..

haven't dropped a legend as yet.. have survived to be the last 10 legends and got close to the ship and thats where it ended.
Got completely surrounded by the shadows and got hammered

I forgot what the second tier of the one challenge is, win 25 times as a legend, so once everyone is on that tier it's going to become super easy to win because no one will want to play a shadow.

I just played again since last night, can confirm it's much easier now because people leave when they die, which is sad really because last night it was very scary and intense having shadows land on you over and over, chasing you the whole time.

agreed, i find at this point im more playing for the skins... Like i find this mode is going to get repetitive quickly

If people played it like they are supposed to and no one quits it's really intense and fun but what ends up happening is a lobby of maybe 20 people, more often less than that and then it's just easy. I haven't had a single Shadowfall game tonight where we had more shadows than legends.

I won one where I had 15 kills because the same people landed on me over and over and I just clicked on them and they died, for anyone struggling, the G7 is a one shot kill on the shadows.

Yea , that i can agree with... Yesterday when i first played them, the games were intense and pretty creepy. Now its just kinda Meh

I played the game right when it came out, just the hour or so it took to download and I only got a win on Caustic for the first time yesterday, you screw your team over more than the other team and his ult is so tiny, he is the weakest legend by far.
