Jammed a few ranked games on my own last night. Got team up with Max_fs and Duppie-fs , some local boets. Ended up playing a few games together. Was lekker fun!

Enjoying Bangalore as well now, especially for the close quarters fighting...drop smoke and with digital threat scope, its even more effective.

Sniper rifles seem much better now as well in Season 3, having much more luck with them even though my aim is somewhat crappy. The double tap as well is also effective on the EVA-8 Shotgun.

One of my favourite places to land is a mountain next to Skyhook called Sniper's Ridge with supply bins on it and the two at the very top have a 100% sniper spawn rate.

I can respect that, my problem with the R99 is I am noob and within split seconds my mag is empty, whereas with the alternator I can land more hits if I aim like a potatoe.

Last night there were instances where the game just froze up for a few seconds before resuming. Strangest thing was, the same exact thing was happening to my mate that was playing with me (we are both on a pure fibre package, but from different providers) but our 3rd friend was not experiencing any freezes at all (he plays from his mobile Cell-C hostspot).

I was previously assuming that the issue had to do with server load from their side, but now I am starting to think its my fibre

I don't know if its just me but winning a match seems much easier now. I already have almost half as much wins as I did whole of last season.

I'm also getting a lot more local players in randoms so that's a plus XD

I had 184 season 2 wins and I have 24 season 3 wins with 116 days remaining.

Damn hopefully I can put up such numbers one day. It's probably due to the influx of new players making the game feel a bit easier right now. But I have also been watching pros on YouTube for things like movement which seem to make a big difference in this game.

Casual for now. I need more game time to really sweat it out in ranked. Plus playing ranked with randoms can really suck sometimes.

I'm waiting to play ranked for everyone to move up to at least Diamond so you don't get squads full of 20 kill badge people with 25k kills each.

I love how they made the old perk of the gold armour work across the board now, I unlocked the finisher for Lifeline where she goes shhh and slowly sticks a syringe in their neck.

yeah i was in a vault tonight but had nothing gold at all in the one i was in.

Also annoyed, hitting all my shots and downing many but still wasn't having a good night at all. I miss the flow of the old map, this new one always feels like stop start stop start when travelling. A map on a spaceship would be interesting where the ring is pieces of the ship falling off

The training area is getting a massive upgrade and will now be called Firing Range with all the items in the game, realistic targets, you can choose any legends and you can have people in the range with you to practice together.

We were not even camping, we only encountered an enemy squad in the final circles shooting at us from sniper hill but then those 2 teams decided to fight it out in the storm XD

last night the servers were extremely laggy...made it look like everyone was phase shifting, gave up after the lag started getting considerably worse.

prior to that, had an interesting experience...we come across a squad of 2 looting one of these smaller buildings/outposts, so we have them surrounded and picking them off with our snipers whenever they are visible...so 2 out of the 3 of us are sticking to the plan, and the 3rd guy decides to rush the squad on his own...gets in a battle and gets taken out. while they are trying to loot him, we are landing shots...they take cover. At this point, the guy is pissed that he died as a result of his idiotic actions of going solo and not sticking with the squad...starts typing frantically a couple of messages. The opportunity arose when they were trying to loot him, the two of us rushed in and wiped them both out...an Octane and Pathfinder..and we recovered his banner, but he decides to quit. We ended up finishing 2nd in that round as the numbers caught up to us in the final battle...

sometimes i wish there was an option to report players for just being an ass...

Anyone else having a weird issue where you'll be in a game for about 10 minutes or so then WHAM.. Takes you back to the lobby because a friend or some random you played with 3 games ago decided to join your party???

I don't get it. It's not like i pressed the "Y" when an invite comes through.. This has happened more times than I care to remember and it's really frustrating when you're on a 7/8 kill streak...

I've never had that, I join on people and they on me all the time and it has never done that, it sounds infuriating.

It happens when a setting is set to open instead of private.
Happened to be a few times. Very annoying.
I think the setting always resets after a game update.
