Doesn't Dimension Data do their I.T.?

Nope, they have a pretty large internal IT department. 200+ staff

I did work for Dimension data for Mr Price in 2019 handled their WAN routing on the MTN network and @nagapie is right Dimension data handles most of their WAN IT but internal is all MR Price staff
