Cool so the case is finished, Had a lot of hickups but sorted them out. Firstly testing the PC before making everything neat, press the start button...aand nothing, a slight hint of power then nothing...so start trouble shooting, taking out cables, retrying and retrying, eventually realising I never gave power to the corsair H150..so CPU was just like nope.
Next hick-up...when everything booted up, a serious fan noise came on...pin pointed it to the middle fan on the radiator, after some troubleshooting I saw that because the Raijintek fans are a bit bigger than normal fans, I had to squeeze the, in tight to make them fit..which then bend the frame of the middle fan a little out of shape, which then results in the blade scraping the frame.
SO, took out some sanding paper and started the tedious job of sanding down the thick plastic on the fans, eventually getting it to fit just right.
Tested again and voila! Everything working.
Then started the cable management, which was tricky...theres ample space in the back but not a lot of cable-tie hooks to tie cables to..only 3 or 4 running down the middle, and because of the 2 side panel fans I dont want cables to be seen through from the other side.
I tried my best with it, im not the most professional when it comes to cable management..but it seemed to work.
Overall experience, it is a very nice, classy case! The Evetech fans are good, not great but good... they aren't very loud, good airflow, the LED transitions aren't as smooth as the Raijintek, but it gets the job done with a crap load of settings out the box. The lights have a twitch every now and then...as if the RGB system resets or restarts.
The Raijintek fans are solid! Apart from the bigger size, the cooling is great, lighting is seriously good and so smooth! I might replace all the evetech fans with the Raijintek
Airflow is perfectly fine, im getting way more than enough airflow through the case, temps on the GPU are around 3° cooler than my previous case. The H150i is doing a great job, averaging 15° cooler on load than with my previous Corsair H100, but I have to give props to Corsair, that cooler was running well over 6 years on a OC'ed cpu, and it never missed a beat!
The case is quiet, looks very smart, overall very very happy with it! It is a bargain with all things considered!
