I am looking to change my ISP to RSAWeb.

Has anyone used them or is currently using them?

How are their services?

Thanks in Advance!

I am currently using them.
Have had no issues with them other than their decision to not send out a notice before maintenance is done and instead rely on the user to check their website for new postings about maintenance

Should probably add we are on a 1000/100 line, upload is solid at 97 and down sits around 900Mbps
Ping is a non issue and packet loss on COD BO Cold War is basically 0 even in multiplayer, as well as zombies.

I am with them for a month. I have 100/50 line but upload is also 100. My kids do have some ping problems in the afternoons with gaming but we are still trying to resolve that.
What I can say is so far their customers service is great, they almost irritate me with all the emails they send trying to assist.

If you’re not in the Western Cape, stay away. Their customer service is useless/non-existent, nothing can be done online.
Instead of peering in JNB, they send the traffic to CPT which is then redirected back to JNB which is insane.

Hey bud, sorry to resurrect an old thread but are they still sending the traffic to CPT and then back to JHB? Also in PTA and would love to hear your thoughts on your experience if you're still using them? I've been having packet loss issues with my current provider - don't want a repeat of that lol...

Haven’t seen it recently, still with them as that was my only issue with them but other than that it’s been problem free.
