Have not been able to connect at all since yesterday afternoon. I have 3 SIMS. Customer support not helpful and my email I sent last night is unanswered. I did get a mail back asking me to evaluate the assistance they provided?

Btw when I say unhelpful I mean I get the standard we are aware of it and are working in it. I would have preferred a email or SMS upfront saying they are having issues.

Just a update it took them 20 days to figure out that their systems disabled the Sim even though it shows its not disabled. They credited me 179 rand so all good.

@MSI1104 Any tips and tricks you can share for getting the most out of the uncapped hours?
Ordered my SIM today.

@RuskaDP I have my DSL and LTE connected to a switch that only my pc is connected to.
DSL still runs to everyone else, but only I have access to the LTE (no AP, no DHCP etc).

So I set up a scheduled task on my pc to fire a .bat file that changes my ip from DSL range to LTE range automatically at 11pm and swap back to DSL at 6pm.
Then I basically just forget about it unless the DSL or the LTE goes down during whichever time frame at which point I can easily switch with the click of a .bat file.

This is how I do it atleast :)

Okay I have no adsl or fibre where I am. So it's lte only. I have two b618 routers and a tp link load balancing router. I have set it up so that it automatically changes between the two routers at relevant times. I had a 120gig package with crystalweb/evonet but because they are a bunch of douchbags they have stopped selling LTE on the 28th if Feb 2 days after I paid them for March. As soon as I get my refund I will go with the telkom Smart broadband prepaid bundles.
