Anyone else excited for the new Modern Warfare?

I called it, it will be Fortnite style match making where it's based on input device, so there will be controller and KB&M lobbies and if you're on KB&M and your console controller friend is in your party he gets put into your lobby which will be mostly PC but could be other console players.

So how are they going to balance this? if indeed its KB&M and controller guys in one lobby.

You will probably get a warning saying you're being put into PC lobbies because one or more member of your party is using KB&M and then your controller friend will get absolutely destroyed and not want to play with you anymore.

Lol sounds about right. Good idea in theory but just not for fps games.

I don't know where I was for this but I'm still annoyed that COD became a mainly console game with PC as afterthought.

Does PS4 know if you are using a Xim? I don't think so, but would be cool to keep all of the Ximmers out of console lobbies if they actually have a check for that.

Xbox have said they can detect it but I don't know if the PS4 can.

I Googled a bit and it looks like it's a cat and mouse game, Fortnite blocks the use of XIM and then XIM updates the firmware or config. COD probably won't be any different unless they straight up ban your account from accessing MP if it's detected.

You were getting ready to watch Soccer locally. It happened when Finite Ward got Koticked.

Actually I suppose the signs were there before already...there was even a completely console exclusive COD before that.

It looks fantastic.
Only thing keeping me from Pre-ordering is the Bnet bullshit.
After seeing how quickly the last COD died, I'm quite torn about buying this one.

Same, I don't want it to be TDM only again even though I enjoyed it a lot and I'm not using a controller but I also have a feeling that 2v2 mode is going to be very popular and active all the time.

The gameplay looks really good for a Call of Duty game. Animations smooth and flowy.

Gunplay looks exciting and glad to see there is recoil on the guns.

And as always, the player cards looks cool and is a nice touch.

It's a brand spanking new engine built specifically for it.

Hitscan is out and projectiles are in.

It really looks good @Soul Assassin and they are checking all the boxes.

When I was a gamer - I was a huge Battlefield fanboy but judging at the current state of Battlefield V, the new COD looks very appealing and I think the Battlefield players would agree.

I mean 50v50 in a COD game (with vehicles), wow not bad.
