What GPU do you have that the TP750C PSU can't power?

It's not a power issue. I have a Gigabyte RX580 Gaming MI 8GB. The PCI-E power LED always says abnormal power is going to the card. Tested on 2 other PSU's of the same model, same issue. Other 2 powers up an Aorus RX580 and a Zotac GTX1070 no problem. Those 2 cards were also tested with my power supply and they work fine.Bought a VP600 and works fine. It's too weird to explain.
