[Wanted] Android Mobile App / Windows APP

Good afternoon fellow Carbonites,

Hope somebody here can help me, trying the Carbonite family first before I start searching on the Internet.

I'm looking for somebody that would be able to help with making a Android Mobile APP / Windows App, in my mind it should be a fairly basic program.

Basically input data/info that will be linked to certain categories, and then be outputted Graphically, sorted by category.
