Packaging: No, but i will put this into a dead AMD motherboard with the basic cooler on top for extra safety. Then box everything in an old motherboard box.
Condition: Working, no bent pins. Weird issue on my board where 2 RAM slots don't work - Selling as is.

So long story, this chip works fine, the motherboard i have, an Asus Crosshair Formula IV - Does not fully support the chip, i suspect this is why 2 Ram slots don't work. Bios is fully updated etc. but system never POST's with ram in the two furthermost slots. Don't have a compatible board to actually test with.
