AM4 motherboard with bent socket pins - repair?

Anyone know where I could take (Cape Town) or send a motherboard with bent socket pins for an attempted repair?
 
Removing the heatsink and the CPU came out with it
 
I thought AM4 had pins on CPU and holes on the socket?

Under the holes in the cover are still very small pin contact points:

Oh. Apologies.

I fixed my Intel board with good natural light, my phone camera and flash, zoomed in. I used a knife with a pointy tip. I will see if I still have video. Probably not recommended, but it works.

Seems it's a legit issue but it's very difficult to actually damage the motherboard socket pins so Im not sure how that could have happened from just removing the cooler with the CPU stuck to it but it seems if the retention clip is not released when pulling the cooler off there is a chance for this to happen.
