Hi everyone

Anyone tried withdrawing coins from Altcointrader lately? I been struggling for the past 5 days! Their support system is P&@S K@K!!

When calling them all the say is do you have a ticket than they say they will response to your mail as soon as possible!!

Just want my coins off that site and then never look back.

Yes i did.
They returned my funds for the 3rd time and this time wallet showing under maintenance cant withdraw.
Lets hope its not to big of an issue.

Maybe stick to the bigger exchanges Valr and Luno, I used altcoin in the past and they took the longest

I also had a run in with them back in November 2017, bought a couple grand's worth of ripple and took them 3 weeks to send me the ripple.
Spent a whole day driving around to their listed addresses and previous addresses and interrogating people, but i could not find them.
Magically got my funds that same night.

Stay far away from them.
