Altcointrader Can't Withdraw

I've had an issue with drawing crypto from Altcointrader to my wallet for a while now, specifically XRP. The withdrawal has been taking up to 24 hours to reflect.
Made a withdrawal yesterday and it stil hasn't reflected, emailed them and got no response so I called and was told that they have a technical problem that caused XRP withdrawals to fail and they are working on it.

What makes me very concerned is they told me that the issue started today and they started working on it this morning, told them my withdrawal was yesterday and then they say they can see my tranaction was affected. I asked if it's normal for a transaction to take 1/2 to 1 day and they confirmed that it shoudl reflect in my wallet in minutes. Asked about a wthdrawal that was delayed on Monday then they say ok the problem must have started on Monday then...

These answers don't give me a lot of confidence and I'm hoping that there isn't a more serious underlying issue. Has anyone else experienced delays?

Yep 100% sure, the transfer went through through this afternoon well over 24 hours later. Altcoin emailed me to say they're still investigating even though the transfer had already reflected in my wallet

Move to VALR. Excellent support and WAY CHEAPER than altcointrader.

I've been having no issues so far regarding withdrawal of money with Altcoin but was few weeks back last time i succesfully withdrew from them. anyway hope you come right must just be some issue going on

I had an issue a few months ago as well with TRX.
Took over 2 weeks.
ACT just isn't reliable so now I P2P to USDT/C rather on international sites.
