I've confirmed the AW2518HF works with G-Sync. (y)

I have checked this aswell online and from what i read you only rrquire a Displayport connection to make use of the G-sync function for this screen. On my way to buy a Displayport cable now so will confirm if it works.

I have checked and can confirm this screen supports G-Sync on the Freesync version woth nVidias latest drivers. However im not sure if its my Display port cable or G-sync compatibility but i could only run G-sync at 144Hz. When Ran on 240Hz i get these weird Static lines across the screen. But like i said it could just be my cheap R149 Displayport cable that dont support thr high Refreshrate.

So forget about the R8500 price for the Gsync version because the freesync version does support Gsync now aswell.

@Ruan_Riekert mine definitely works at 240Hz without the static line issue, I do have a quality DisplayPort cable and a 1080Ti though, and it runs the vertical lines part of the nVidia Pendulum demo smoother than my Asus PG258Q G-Sync!

10xx series nVidia card
connected to Display Port both sides (with a quality cable)
with the monitor driver installed
and latest nVidia drivers installed
monitor set to 240Hz in device manager properties
and G-Sync enabled in nVidia control panel

Ok cool, yeah i thought it would be the cable.

Wow. Didn't know this was such a hard sell. Free Bump!
