It is pretty decent.. Shows heart rate, BP, blood oxygen, etc. One issue i noticed is that the watch shows your distance to 0.0km. However, when you sync to the app on your phone, the distance does actually register (i.e. it will show 3km, or whatever distance you covered)
It shows fine if you set it to miles instead of km. Since I have not opened the second watch, I am unsure if it is a software glitch, or just my watch.
Apparently there is an RFID function. My phone doesn't have NFC, so I couldn't test this feature out. It is a great 'toy'
