Advice wanted on ordering from the US

A friend of mine wants to order a laptop from the US (from the HP store) and I was wondering what the fastest and cheapest way of doing that is.
I know there's Aramex but I'm not sure what the customs would be like for that. If it helps, he has someone that can receive the order for him locally and then ship it here

On a laptop you would usually and 15% Vat and 10% (duties / import or whatever it is called)

E.g. Laptop is R 10 000
Shipping R 1000

R 11 000 x 1.1 x 1.15 = R 13 915. Sometimes the shipping is part of the calculation sometimes not depends on the day, Used AGS in the past not great not terrible
