Ah I hear you. I don't think it would really be a problem in a PC case though. Have you considered PETG?

No esp since it's right at the cooling, and more in ambient temps that direct ie. GPU backplate.

Yes, petg is still considered more exotic like nylon and the likes so generally more pricey, it's more durable than abs and possibly easier to print with since it wouldn't warp that easily, the problem is when you need supports for some prints it sticks too well and can make post processing a massive task. Anyways, off topic now, yes I'm exploring to see what works best and playing around with more variety of materials, expecially where heat resistance and durability is needed, this specific part will be 100's with PLA so no need to worry :)
