@Error presumably you meant stuff like this: Buyer Beware, used Hard Drives being sold as New. HGST will not warranty these drives

@The_Assimilator I was referring to the overall rating and critical reviews, that particular post sounds a bit of a stretch with some wild claims and not much to substantiate, however I have heard a similar refurb/repurpose story before when I couldn't find a local supplier around two years ago. Don't get me wrong, they're good drives, just the supply source and warranty are what is important to me.
