Hi guys, I'm starting to consider proper gaming after growing 'bored' of xbox for now. Issue is, I'm not sure I can get a good build for <25k. I will need the whole setup (incl monitor).

What I'm looking for:

- 5600x, 3060 (when it's out).
- Rest is basically just decent filler.

Can someone give me some insight into what my options are for mobo, ram, ssd, hdd, psu, case, and monitor.

What games do you play? What res? 1440P?

B550 Tomahawk, 16gigs Ballistix 3200 (can easily overclock to 3800), 650 watt PSU Corsair, P400A Phanteks chassis.

No idea beyond that. Monitor is key as to what res you want to play at.

I've been gaming at 1080 max, 60hz monitor - my rig was basically a entry level.

I want to move onto 1440p. I know I can't afford 4k proper monitors right now, so limiting myself to decent midrange. Looking for monitor up to 7k.

You’d have to ask someone else about the monitor - I would recommend my monitor but it’s expensive
