So here is the update on the above post:

The stock that was due to arrive today has now been pushed out to Thursday due to a last minute Sasol audit in respect of warehousing, packaging and such. The audit finishes today and the stock can then be shipped to us tomorrow (overnight) to arrive Thursday.

Having said this, ALL stock at this price is completely sold out. There are a few forum members who had already placed orders (and paid) and they will be receiving their stock as soon as it has been GRV'd.

The good news is that we are receiving our 1000L flow bins sometime next week (TBC) which will allow us to take of the bottling and labelling process up here in Joburg as apposed to this currently being done at the coast and shipped up to us already bottled; this will speed up the process going forward for getting orders out faster once we have the flow bins setup.

The bad news is that Sasol have just imposed a price hike on certain of the materials/chems used to manufacture this 70% sanitisers which means the new prices for our next batch will be as per the below:

The other small bit of good news is that because we are receiving the next 2000L as flow bins, we are able to do the filling and labelling locally so the turn around times for delivery will be far quicker as well as the fact that we will also be able to offer 125ml and 25L options (over and above the current 500ml & 5L).

One thing i will ask is that you guys PLEASE email me at justin@thatswhatiwant.co.za or sales@thatswhatiwant.co.za with your details and the quantities of 500ml and/or 5L that you are looking for so we can reply with an official quote; this allows us to have one point of contact for all inquiries as well as start to fulfill quotes in chronological order etc. If i can tell you how many carbonite PM's, whatsapp messages, instagram DM's and emails we receive in an HOUR you would probably not believe me.

*A heads up on the 2000L expected next week is that we have ALSO received a number of pre-orders as well as payments on roughly half of that quantity and while i don't expect people to commit to paying for things upfront its just unfortunately the only way i can 'secure' stock on a first come first served basis.

As soon as I have worked out pricing on the 125ml and 25L ill update here accordingly.

As much as it's great to have money coming in for stock that isn't here yet it is equally a nightmare at the moment to keep up with all the payments AND those that have decided to cancel orders because they are not prepared to wait an extra day or two.

Whether or not you guys want to pay to secure is ENTIRELY up to you but youre also welcome to check back with me during the course of the next week and a half on how we are looking on the next 2000L.
