Warranty: 2 weeks from me.
Packaging: None, but will box up securely for shipping
Condition: Very Good.

Space for 1 more Hard Drive (1 free SATA ports + 2 free SATA power cables)

The server will make a great Media / Plex / Storage server.

@Saajid sorry might be a silly question but how audible is this server. Is the fans loud?

Fans are not very loud at all, but are definitely audible. Remember there are 5 fans:
- CPU fan
- 2 x 80mm case fans
- 1 x 120mm front fan to cool the hard drives
- 1 x PSU fan

Fans are cheap to replace though and there are higher quality low noise fans available for purchase.
 
@Saajid Do you have any pics / more details of the rackmount chassis?

Pics are all in the original post inside an Imgur embedded library (see below for the link). Included is a pic of the rackmount rails, which slide into the side of the server chassis. The rails allow you to slide the server chassis in and out of the network cabinet. So you can work inside the chassis without needing to remove the whole chassis from the network cabinet.
