Have you tried loading Default bios on the GPUs that are artifacting?

Also Sapphire RX570 might have dual bios, switch between it and see if it keeps slacking

So that means they flashed the card with a bios from a different card. Force the flash. Ive done it before. If you need assistance pm me

Inspect the card with gpuz. Theres a button somewhere pn the screen that will take you to the cards spec page on tech powerup. Looks like an arrow.

See what the techpowerup says the card is

yes, but the previous user seems to have changed the fans to twin frozr fans
