Came across the post now. So to my understanding it allows you to mount your GPU vertical without having a case that supports Vertical GPU as long as you have 6 slots or more?
Also how does the Displayport/hdmi cable get to the card. Is it flush with the current slots or do you just push the cable through the horizontal gaps?
Perhaps if someone has a pic?

Yup you need 6 pci slots on your case - the mount is open in the middle so it makes a little tunnel so you have free access to all the display ports. You will mount the cards in the vertical mount, screw the vertical mount to the case pci slot screws
