3070 Ti Bios Flashing

So I havent played with bios flashing for a few years and wanted to get some advice. I have a Gainward Pheonix 3070ti with a power limit on MAB @ 100%. The card is going to be watercooled and the power elivery will be sufficient to pump more than the rated 300 odd watts. Can I flash this with any other "reference" pcb bios? I'm looking at the Palit Gaemrock OC 3070 ti which has a lot more headroom in that department. Do the same rules apply with pascal and maxwell? I've gone over the boards and they are 1:1 identical in componentry.
