Hey Guys

I see the new 3060ti lhr cards are becoming affordable again and was maybe thinking if upgrading my system. I mainly game but want to use the card for mining overnight / when not using my pc to pay the card off over time. Anyone tried mining conflux / ravencoin ?

Those incoming 3060ti LHRs do look tasty. Still plenty to mine with them, Ravencoin looks like a solid bet

Exactly could sell my 3060 and for maybe R 500 upgrade to a 3060ti

I pulled the trigger and picked up 2X of those 3060ti's from wootware for 12k each. Going to point them at Ravencoin until I start using them for other workloads. In the event the ethash limiter is broken, I'm sure the prices of these will be on par with non-lhr cards.

Thanks let me know the performance once test them, might pull the trigger mid august

The delivery came round of 2X Galax GeForce RTX 3060 Ti 1-Click OC LHR Edition. LHR doesn't affect KAWPOW at all, so just the quality of the card itself affecting my hashrate.

After the better part of an afternoon of tweaking I've configured with core +45 mem +875 PL 85% to get a steady 28.35 MH/s. The hynix memory holds these cards back and doesn't go past +925 mhz before errors. Cooling is decent enough from a compact 2 slot cooler design, temps around 60 degrees with these settings. All in all good card for the price.

I assume you are mining ravencoin ? See the price has increased nicely today, how much usd you mining per day approximately ? I see raven is pushing hard for a listing on Kraken and added over 2000 miners this week

Correct. As of right now it's $6.78 per day in RVN, accounting for electricity costs. I do see hordes of miners joining in once eth goes Proof of Stake.

170W. Can't say I've tried ergo yet, will see about that one

Was waiting to hear this, might get me 1 or 2 and give it a go. Seems decent enough to go for.

Am debating with myself to get more of these LHR cards. GPUs @ 200% MSRP compared to 300% can only be a bargain 🤯

I had a benchmark run of autolykos2 in t-rex, got 131 Mh/s with a fairly standard overclock. Not sure if that's good or not for a 3060ti

Now with the new T-Rex version you can dual mine with LHR cards, so you can do 30% ETH and 70% RVN/CFX/ERGO.

The guys that have tested these reckon that you make slightly more in total per day than only mining ETH or RVN or ERGO.

Give it a try. I will be getting a 3060ti soon and will then make a new video on Dual Mining.

I'm not really impressed with the dual mining LHR unlock at the moment. Sticking with ravencoin on 3060ti and ergo on 3080ti. It might be worth it if you really want Eth but I prefer stacking the alts for now.

Same as any other coin, trex and gminer work well for nvidia cards. Optimal power limit tends to be around 75%-85%
I personally like T-rex and Gminer. To me its most stable and I get the most hashrate from them. It seems at this moment that T-rex gets you a little more on LHR cards.

Depending if you mine on Windows or HiveOS, keep in mind that you need 10GB or VRAM to dual mine ETH/RVN on Windows, so a 3060ti will probably not work.

I found that 2Miners is a great pool. Flexible payout limits and daily payouts (if you reach your payout limit.
