PM sent. I have a question for the knowledgeable here: would the 2 x 8GB work in a mid 2012 MacBook Pro? I can't find any posts about that specific kit working, but a lot of other 8GB sticks do apparently work. Most are 1600MHz though.

Macs are picky with RAM from what I know. Best Google the model to see if others have had it work.
