Support 3 day price decrease

I'm relatively new to the site. Can someone explain the 3-day price drop thing to me please.

It's not a "3 day price drop", it is a 3 day BUMP to your thread so that it gets put at the top of the threads

As in you have to wait 3 days before you are allowed to bump your thread, unless you are doing a price drop (as I understand it anyway), and this excludes stupid price drops of 1c (i.e dropping from R2000 to 1999.99) etc.
