I have a 3 bedroom house to rent. Has lock up garage and lock up car port, 1 and half bathroom, servant toilet, small garden with patio, pre-paid power and is available from 1 December 2018.

Spotters fee R500.00 to anyone who helps me get a tenant into the property.

Thankfully got into the property market awhile back otherwise I would be screwed. I live just up the road from you in Lakeside and most rentals here are R 13K min and go much higher

Yeah, me too. Got a deceased estate in the Village. So pretty good. It's a 4 bedroom so enough space. Just went through a 4 month renovation. House CUD = and you thought normal CUD was expensive.
