Pics added. I have checked and as you can see in the pictures there is one port on each PSU where the cable is melted. All other ports are 100%

Not too sure why and how it happens as it's never happened with my EVGA.

I guess the power just needs to be distributed evenly. If too much power is drawn from one port/cable then the cable melts in the port.
