Support 2factor password

hi , I'm struggling to login been asked to create a 2factor password on my old account , storms1, I'd like to keep that account but cannot login today when I tried on a different device.hence I created this account.Please assist as I know we are not allowed 2 accounts but I dnt have any other option I did se

I got sorted logging in with my phone on the mobisite, used the Google Authenticator App to provide the code.
Logged in using that code but made a mistake at first and tried a few of the backup codes which didn't work. Also another member messaged me and did the same thing.

Tried logging in to Tapatalk after all that and it asked for the code, same one on the Authenticator App and I'm sorted.
